#19 Sleeping

Sleeping is a natural process that allows your body to rest and repair itself. It is essential for good health and well-being. Most adults need around 7-8 hours of sleep per night.

* Make sure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool.

* If you find yourself unable to fall asleep after 20 minutes, get out of bed and do something relaxing until you feel tired.
